Municipal Health Center Receives Modern Medical Equipment
Brand new medical equipment has been delivered to the Municipal Health Center, enhancing diagnostic and treatment capabilities for residents.
The Municipal Health Center of Province of Batangas has received a shipment of modern medical equipment, significantly boosting its capacity to serve the community. The equipment, procured through the Department of Health's Health Facilities Enhancement Program (HFEP), includes digital X-ray machines, ultrasound units, and laboratory analyzers.
Municipal Health Officer Dr. Maria Santos expressed gratitude for the new equipment, noting that residents will no longer need to travel to the provincial hospital for basic diagnostic procedures. "These machines will allow us to detect health conditions earlier and provide timely treatment right here in our community," she said.
Training for health center staff on the operation and maintenance of the new equipment is currently underway, with full deployment expected within two weeks.
