The Pentos Legislative Management System (Pentos LMS) is dedicated to promoting transparency, accountability, and citizen participation in local governance. We provide easy access to legislative records, meeting schedules, and facilitate Freedom of Information requests.

The Legislative Process

Our local legislative body follows a structured process for enacting ordinances:

  1. First Reading – Introduction and referral to the appropriate committee
  2. Committee Deliberation – Review, public hearings, and recommendations
  3. Second Reading – Debate and possible amendments
  4. Third Reading – Final vote on the measure
  5. Executive Action – Approval or veto by the local chief executive
  6. Publication – Public notice before effectivity
Freedom of Information

In accordance with the Philippine Freedom of Information (FOI) Program, citizens may request access to government records and documents. We are committed to responding to all valid requests within the mandated 15 working days.
