Public Hearing on Proposed Zoning Ordinance Amendment
All stakeholders are invited to attend the public hearing on the proposed amendments to the municipal zoning ordinance.
The Sangguniang Bayan of Province of Batangas, through the Committee on Laws and Land Use, invites all concerned stakeholders to attend the public hearing on the proposed amendments to Municipal Zoning Ordinance No. 2019-015.
The proposed amendments aim to reclassify certain areas from agricultural to commercial and mixed-use zones to accommodate the growing demand for commercial establishments and promote economic development. Property owners, business operators, barangay officials, and community members within the affected zones are particularly encouraged to attend and provide their inputs.
Written position papers may also be submitted to the Office of the Secretary to the Sanggunian not later than five (5) days before the scheduled hearing. For more information, please contact the Committee Secretary.
