WHEREAS CLAUSES

WHEREAS, there is a need to endorse the application of the municipality for the Seal of Good Local Governance 2021;

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Panlalawigan finds merit in providing said endorsement;

WHEREAS, this endorsement will support the advancement of LGU interests;

RESOLVING CLAUSE

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, by the Sangguniang Panlalawigan in session assembled, to endorse the application of the municipality for the Seal of Good Local Governance 2021 to the Department of the Interior and Local Government.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the Provincial Governor is hereby authorized to sign all documents relative to this endorsement.

RESOLVED FINALLY, that copies of this resolution be furnished to the Department of the Interior and Local Government and all other concerned offices.
