WHEREAS CLAUSES

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Panlalawigan has the authority to adopt resolutions for the welfare of its constituents;

WHEREAS, there is a need for the appropriation of funds for the distribution of rice subsidy to families affected by the COVID-19 pandemic;

WHEREAS, this resolution will benefit the LGU and its constituents;

RESOLVING CLAUSE

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, by the Sangguniang Panlalawigan in session assembled, to approve the appropriation of funds for the distribution of rice subsidy to families affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished to all concerned offices for their information and appropriate action.
