WHEREAS CLAUSES

WHEREAS, there is a need to endorse the Municipal Development Plan for 2020-2022;

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Panlalawigan finds merit in providing said endorsement;

WHEREAS, this endorsement will support the advancement of LGU interests;

RESOLVING CLAUSE

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, by the Sangguniang Panlalawigan in session assembled, to endorse the Municipal Development Plan for 2020-2022 to the Regional Development Council.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the Provincial Governor is hereby authorized to sign all documents relative to this endorsement.

RESOLVED FINALLY, that copies of this resolution be furnished to the Regional Development Council and all other concerned offices.
