WHEREAS CLAUSES

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Panlalawigan has the authority to adopt resolutions for the welfare of its constituents;

WHEREAS, there is a need for the authorization of the use of barangay gymnasiums and multi-purpose halls as temporary quarantine facilities;

WHEREAS, this resolution will benefit the LGU and its constituents;

RESOLVING CLAUSE

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, by the Sangguniang Panlalawigan in session assembled, to approve the authorization of the use of barangay gymnasiums and multi-purpose halls as temporary quarantine facilities.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished to all concerned offices for their information and appropriate action.
