WHEREAS CLAUSES

WHEREAS, the Municipal Health Office has demonstrated tireless efforts in responding to the COVID-19 pandemic;

WHEREAS, such dedication and service deserve recognition and commendation;

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Panlalawigan wishes to express its appreciation for outstanding public service;

RESOLVING CLAUSE

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, by the Sangguniang Panlalawigan in session assembled, to extend its warmest commendation to the Municipal Health Office for their exemplary service to the LGU.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that a copy of this resolution be presented to the Municipal Health Office during a fitting ceremony.
