WHEREAS CLAUSES

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Panlalawigan has the authority to adopt resolutions for the welfare of its constituents;

WHEREAS, there is a need for the adoption of the Provincial Development Plan goals and alignment of municipal programs with provincial priorities;

WHEREAS, this resolution will benefit the LGU and its constituents;

RESOLVING CLAUSE

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, by the Sangguniang Panlalawigan in session assembled, to approve the adoption of the Provincial Development Plan goals and alignment of municipal programs with provincial priorities.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished to all concerned offices for their information and appropriate action.
