WHEREAS CLAUSES

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Panlalawigan has learned with profound sorrow the passing of Hon. Juan Dela Cruz;

WHEREAS, Former Provincial Governor who served the LGU with dedication from 1998 to 2007;

WHEREAS, during their lifetime, they rendered invaluable service to the LGU and its people;

WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the Sangguniang Panlalawigan pay tribute to their memory;

RESOLVING CLAUSE

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, by the Sangguniang Panlalawigan in session assembled, to express its deepest sympathy and condolences to the bereaved family.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the flags of the LGU Hall be flown at half-staff for three days in honor of the departed.

RESOLVED FINALLY, that a copy of this resolution be presented to the bereaved family.
