WHEREAS CLAUSES

WHEREAS, the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office has demonstrated exemplary performance during the recent typhoon relief operations;

WHEREAS, such dedication and service deserve recognition and commendation;

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Panlalawigan wishes to express its appreciation for outstanding public service;

RESOLVING CLAUSE

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, by the Sangguniang Panlalawigan in session assembled, to extend its warmest commendation to the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office for their exemplary service to the LGU.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that a copy of this resolution be presented to the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office during a fitting ceremony.
