WHEREAS CLAUSES

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Panlalawigan has the authority to adopt resolutions for the welfare of its constituents;

WHEREAS, there is a need for the authorization of the Provincial Governor to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement with the Department of Health for the implementation of health programs;

WHEREAS, this resolution will benefit the LGU and its constituents;

RESOLVING CLAUSE

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, by the Sangguniang Panlalawigan in session assembled, to approve the authorization of the Provincial Governor to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement with the Department of Health for the implementation of health programs.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished to all concerned offices for their information and appropriate action.
